The Ravinous Revelry is a chance to taste complimentary samples of the recipes, prepared by Chef Scott Riesenberger, contained within the newsletter while picking up your wine club wine. The Harvest Revelry will be held on October 1st, from 11am to 3pm, at both our Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake Tasting Rooms.

The Ravinous Sparkling Brunch commences with a reception of our Sparkling Wines with savory appetizers while Hochstein Violinsts Misako Sakurai & friend entertains with classical music. Sparkling wines are esquisite with food and Chef Scott Riesenberger has created a menu of sweet and savory dishes to pair with a variety of sparkling, still and dessert wines. The brunch is held in the inviting Barrel Room adjacent to the wine cellar at Ravines in Geneva where proprietors Morten & Lisa Hallgren will be your hosts. Winemaker Morten will guide us on a short tour of the exciting happenings in the cellar and then guests will retreat to the Barrel Room where brunch is served and perfectly paired with our wines. Listen while winemaker Morten Hallgren paints a portrait of the 2017 harvest and muses on his favorites. The last pairing of the brunch will be the new 2008 Appassionata Wine paired with an exquisite dessert.
