each paired with the perfect Ravines wine.
Each lunch begins with a glass of Ravines sparkling wine and a savory appetizer during a brief tour of the wine cellar where guests learn about the winemaking process. Guests then sit down to four courses created with the produce, meats and cheeses from the orchards, fields and dairies of neighboring Finger Lakes farms including the herb garden, vines and honey hives at Ravines.
