The Ravinous Table
Enjoy the excitement of a communal table where Ravinous Kitchen Chef Scott Riesenberger creates a seasonal menu of beautiful courses each perfectly paired with the expressive, balanced wines of Ravines. Each meal includes multiple courses created with produce, meats and cheeses from the orchards, fields and dairies of neighboring Finger Lakes farms including the herbs, vines and honey hives at Ravines.

Each dinner commences at 6 pm with a glass of Sparkling Brut and savory Amuse Bouche. Guests then commence to the wine cellar where they participate in a brief but interesting tour including a tasting of wine aging in the barrel with a delicious appetizer. Dinner begins at 6:30: four beautiful courses at our farm table with Chef Scott Riesenberger guiding the guests through the courses and Winemaker Morten Hallgren or experienced wine personnel talking about the wine pairings.
Sunday Brunch Experience
Each brunch commences at 10:30 am with a glass of Sparkling wine and a savory amuse-bouche. Guests then commence to the wine cellar where they participate in a brief but interesting tour getting a first-hand view of the winemaking process, which includes tasting of wine aging in the barrel paired with a delicious appetizer. Brunch begins at 11:30 and includes three beautifully executed courses each served by Chef Scott Riesenberger and paied with the perfect Ravines Wine. The Winemaker or a trained wine professional will guide guests through the pairings, providing details about the wines and the pairings.
