2017 Spring Barrel Tasting - Saturday - Second Seating
An intimate tasting with Wine Maker Morten Hallgren & Chef Lisa Hallgren of the spring wines from the 2016 vintage. Taste wines from the tanks and barrels as we explore the terroir of different vineyard sites, the effects of barrel aging and wild yeast fermentations. Delicious small plates will be served with each of the four flights.
