2017 Spring Barrel Tasting - Sunday Lunch
An intimate tasting with Wine Maker Morten Hallgren & Chef Lisa Hallgren of the spring wines from the 2016 vintage. Taste wines from the tanks and barrels as we explore the terroir of different vineyard sites, the effects of barrel aging and wild yeast fermentations. A meal prepared by Chef Scott Riesenberger will acompany the barrel tasting.
