Truffle Experience / Experience Truffles!
Taste and learn about this seasonal luxury food, both white truffles from Piedmont, Italy and Black Truffles from the Perigord region of France. Each course is embellished with the sultry, heavenly notes of this delicacy and paired perfectly with the wines of Ravines. Winemaker Morten Hallgren will guide the table through the wine pairings and Chef Scott will present and muse over each pairing.
6 pm Ravines Wine Cellars in Geneva, 400 Barracks Road
Evening begins at 6pm with a glass of sparkling and a tour of the cellar and a barrel tasting.
