 Evening Table

The evening commences at 6 pm with a glass of Sparkling Brut and a savory amuse-bouche

as guests gather in the Slate Barn or Tasting Room. 

Our wine host will lead guests on a brief but engaging tour of the wine cellars,

which ends with a stop in the dramatic barrel room to enjoy a

barrel tasting paired with a delicious appetizer. 

Dinner begins at 6:30 as guests gather around the farm table to enjoy

four fine courses prepared by Chef Scott Riesenberger, as he and our wine host

guide the guests through the exciting food and wine pairings.

Join us for a communal Farm Table of 2018 graduates of Hobart William Smith Colleges.  Dinner guests arrive to our historic Slate Barn to enjoy a glass of 2007 Blanc de Blanc sparking wine with an amuse bouche.  Guests are then escorted to the wine cellar for a brief but exciting tour of the cellars for a introduction to the art of winemaking including the barrel room where our informative wine steward will serve a barrel sample of one of the wines aging in barrels with an appetizer created by the Chef.  Guests then return to the barn where they are served another 4 beautifully balanced courses served by Chef Scott Riesenberger as he and the wine steward guide guests through the foods and the wine pairings.  Coffee and Tea are included.  $85 per person, not including gratuity. Gratuity will be charged after the dinner. 

The Graduation Celebration Ravinous Table on Friday, May 11th, is limited to 16 guests.  Private tables are also available by contacting Chef Scott Riesenberger at RavinousTable@RavinesWine.com
