Our farm table made from the wide planks of a dining hall in Campbell, NY that served Union soldiers during the civil war. Enjoy the fun of a communal table where the Ravinous Kitchen Executive Chef creates a seasonal menu of small plates each perfectly paired with a different Ravines wine. Each dinner includes four courses created with produce, meats and cheeses from the orchards, fields and creameries of neighboring Finger Lakes farms including the herbs, vines and honey hives at Ravines.

Gather in our historic barn with a sample of Ravines 2011 Brut Sparkling Wine, aged en tirage for 7 years before being hand-riddled and finished in the champagne making method, paired with a savory amuse bouche. Travel to the wine cellar and learn about the century-old traditions of sparkling wines in the Finger Lakes as your Ravinista, (Ravines wine steward) guides you through a brief but fascinating  process of wine making and barrel aging. Enjoy a sample of Cabernet Franc out of one of the European wooden casks in our barrel room with another savory appetizer before returning to our barn and sitting at our antique farm table to enjoy another four courses created and prepared by The Ravinous Kitchen Executive Chef, Andrew Chambers and paired and presented by your Ravinista.
