Ravinous Club Events are fun and engaging; filled with wine, food, live music and delightful insights into the world of wine appreciation and wine making. Festivities often include tours of the wine cellar, discussions with owners/winemaker Morten and Lisa Hallgren, and even getting your hands into the production at harvest. This insider look at Ravines is paired with delectable food, prepared in-house, alongside our beautifully expressive wines.

Our Late Winter Revelry, the first of our four 2019 Club release weekend celebrations is coming up soon! As in the past, there are five events to choose from throughout the weekend, all exclusively offered to Ravinous Club members.
Each Ravinous Revelry provides the chance to taste our vibrant wines, paired with complimentary samples of the recipes contained within the upcoming Club newsletter. Afterwards, you'll be able depart with your Ravinous Club Late Winter selection of four wines, plus add any additional wines of your liking that come with the 20% Ravinous Club discount.
As noted, there are five chances to revel - an evening event on Friday, two limited, intimate seated pairing experiences on Saturday, and concluding with two full-swing revelry options on Sunday. Please RSVP below and join us for great food, wine, and company! We look forward to seeing you soon.

February 23rd, 2019 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. & 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with winemaker Morten and chef Lisa (seating is limited)
Sunday Revelry - Morning and Afternoon Events
February 24th, 2019 with two sessions from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Tickets are required to attend the events. Members are complimentary and guests are $15 for Friday and Sunday's events. Saturday's Revelry Reserve events in our Barrel Room are intimate seated gatherings that are $25 per person. Select your date and time above and utilize the drop-down menu to select either member or guest tickets.
Overview of Late Winter Selection Wines
The four wines in our Late Winter Selection that you'll be receiving and sampling at the Revelry's, along with the recipes that chef Lisa is pairing with each wine are:
- 2017 Dry Riesling, White Springs Vineyard with Sablefish and Ginger Soy Beurre Blanc
- 2016 Chardonnay with FLX Table's Chicken and Vin Jaune & Cepes
- 2016 Pinot Noir with Tagliatelle and Ligurian Walnut Pesto
- 2016 Le Petit Caporal with Beef Shank and Vegetable Ragu on Creamy Polenta
We're extremely excited to share these wines with you, including three that are only currently available to you as Ravinous Club members! Both reds are from the fantastic, ripe, 2016 vintage, giving the wines great texture, structure and fruit intensity. The 2017 Dry Riesling, White Springs Vineyard is also a new release that will not disappoint and the 2016 Chardonnay shares those dry, hot vintage characteristics along with great integration between fruit, acidity and lightly toasted oak after two years in bottle.
We hope you are able to make it to one of these events to enjoy samples of each wine and the recipes! Also, one last note, please forgive us when you read the newsletter in your Late Winter Selection wine box and it discusses the 2015 Pinot Noir. We screwed up. Those were printed before we realized the mistake and in all actuality, we wanted you to receive the gorgeous 2016 Pinot that is drinking beautifully right now and has great longevity ahead of it. Sorry once again for our mistake, but we believe you'll be happy when you are enjoying the 2016 Pinot Noir. We also have some 2015 Pinot Noir still available in our tasting room if you'd like to add it to your pick-up box and savor them side-by-side.
