Geneva Location: Saturday, July 20th from 6:30pm - 9pm
Following the 4pm Wine Seminar and Tasting with author John Winthrop Haeger, John, Morten and Lisa will be hosting a dinner with very select bottles of Riesling and Pinot Noir from the Finger Lakes and Germany. Executive Chef of the Ravinous Kitchen, Andrew Chambers, is designing a custom menu using local ingredients to pair with these specific varietals.
John Winthrop Haeger has written extensively about wine since 1986 and his reference books on Dry Riesling and Pinot Noir have garnered international book awards. His most recent book, Riesling Rediscovered, Bold, Bright and Dry is considered "required reading" by Wine & Spirits Magazine.
