A glimpse into winemaking and wine & food pairing at Ravines. Gather in our historic barn with a sample of Ravines 2011 Brut Sparkling Wine, aged en tirage for 7 years before being hand-riddled and finished in the champagne making method, paired with a savory amuse bouche.
Travel to the wine cellar and learn about the century-old traditions of sparkling wines in the Finger Lakes as your Ravinista, (Ravines-trained wine steward) guides you through the process of wine making and barrel aging. Enjoy a sample of Cabernet Franc out of the cask in our barrel room before returning to our barn and sitting at our antique farm table to enjoy two flights of our best wines enjoyed with a grazing slate of savory, seasonal bites.
