Join us for an opulent food and wine event in celebration of the release of our 2008 Flor. We collaborated with Master Sommelier Christopher Bates to bring you a Sunday afternoon feast with luxury ingredients sourced in France.
Chef Bates has created a special menu to be paired with Flor, a wine inspired by the wines of Jura, a beautfiful wine region bordering the Alps in eastern France, as well as a pure Savignin Sous Voile wine that owners Morten and Lisa hand-carried from the Jura region of France for this event.
Join us in our cozy barrel room at Ravines in Geneva with the Chef and the Winemaker for this long-awaited release of Flor.
